The Site Today
The site sits on land directly south of Romsey Road roundabout, bordered by Romsey Road and Romsey Golf Club to the north, housing and farmland to the east, the M27 to the south, and the M271 to the west.
Test Valley Borough Council has draft allocated the site for employment-led development in the emerging Local Plan, however its location makes it well suited for new housing due to good transport links and access to the road network, while making improvements to public transport, walking, and cycling options.
The site is in close proximity to Nursling and Rownhams settlement, Southampton and Romsey for education, employment and leisure facilities.
Our Vision
